AutoPilot Hackathon: Ahmedabad Edition

Overview

AutoPilot Hackathon: Ahmedabad Edition is a part of Supervity's ongoing global hackathon series, where participants solve real enterprise operations problems using Supervity Auto. After the latest edition in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, AutoPilot Hackathon is making a pit stop at Ahmedabad to bring together student builders from across Gujarat.

Participants will build AI Employees that execute meaningful work across business systems while keeping humans in control.

This is a no-code hackathon. Participants will be evaluated on how well they understand the business problem, design the workflow, handle exceptions, and build a working solution — not on traditional coding ability.

Eligibility

• Open only to currently enrolled students.
• Participants must be 18–26 years old.
• Open to undergraduate, postgraduate, and integrated/dual-degree students.
• Students from any academic discipline may participate.
• Participants must currently be studying at a college/university in Gujarat.
• Inter-college teams are allowed.
• Inter-specialization teams are allowed.
• Participation may be solo or in a team of a maximum 2 members.

Supervity reserves the right to verify student status, age, and other eligibility details before shortlisting or Round 2.

Team Rules

• Minimum team size: 1.
• Maximum team size: 2.
• A participant may be part of only one team.
• Every participant must have their own Unstop account.
• A participant may register solo and add one teammate before the announced Team Lock deadline.
• No member additions, substitutions, or team changes will be permitted after the Team Lock deadline.
• Create a Team Name and save the exact spelling. You will need the same Team Name throughout AutoPilot Hackathon: Ahmedabad Edition.

Hackathon Format

The hackathon will run in two rounds.

Round 1: Online

All eligible registered teams can participate online.

Each team will build one AI Employee on Supervity Auto that completes one meaningful job end-to-end.

A valid Round 1 build must:

• Be built on Supervity Auto.
• Connect at least two external systems.
• Complete a meaningful workflow end to end.
• Handle at least one declared exception.
• Clearly show what AI executes and what requires human approval.
• Include the required demo and submission material.

Round 2: Physical, Ahmedabad

Round 2 is invite-only for teams shortlisted from Round 1.

Shortlisted teams will participate in the physical round on campus in Ahmedabad and build an expanded enterprise solution using Supervity Auto.

Shortlisted participants must be available to attend Round 2 physically in Ahmedabad.

Problem Domains

Participants will build across three enterprise operations domains:

• Invoice to Pay & Finance Operations
• Vendor & Procurement Lifecycle
• Enterprise Service & Project Operations

Teams will rank all three domains in order of preference; domains will be confirmed based on preference, available capacity, and order of registration on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each domain will include real-world enterprise problem statements. Detailed problem statements and the selection/allocation process will be communicated separately.

Supervity Auto Account & Credits

Every participant must create/access their Supervity Auto account using the same email ID submitted during registration.

Hackathon credits will be issued against the registered email ID. Please verify your email carefully before submitting the registration form, as the email used for credits cannot be changed later.

For teams of two, both members must complete their individual account requirements.

Discord is Mandatory

Joining the official Supervity Discord server and completing Discord verification is compulsory for every participant.

Every participant must:

• Join the official Discord server.
• Provide their correct Discord Username.
• Provide their Discord User ID.
• Complete participant verification.

Discord will be the primary participant communication and operating hub for hackathon instructions, workshops, build support, deadlines, and updates.

Registration on Unstop alone does not complete participant onboarding.

By registering, participants acknowledge that:

• Discord participation and verification are mandatory.
• Round 1 is conducted online.
• Round 2 is physical and invite-only.
• Team size is limited to a maximum of two participants.
• Eligibility may be verified.
• Supervity Auto must be used for qualifying submissions.
• Incomplete or non-compliant submissions may not be evaluated.
• Shortlisting and judging decisions will be final.
