As a RPA Developer your opportunities to make an impact will be:
- Create quality products that solve real business problems while always putting yourself in the shoes of the user.

- Deliver on commitments and communicate as soon as possible when you cant keep the commitment to team members and the company.
- Fail quickly while experimenting and trying things that solve important problems in a creative way.
- Have experience developing robust, scalable, maintainable distributed applications.
- Selected candidates will be offered a three month trial, will turn into a full time role should all goals be met.
About you:
- Listen intently and ask good questions, by truly hearing what people are saying and respecting their thoughts, ideas and concerns.
- Comfortable following standard operating procedures, consistently communicating and improving upon those procedures.
- Solve technical challenges in a creative manner always putting the user first, not being afraid to experiment, test and troubleshoot.
- Learn new software and /or features in an efficient and effective manner.
- Ability to document and explain how to follow steps and processes to accomplish goals or solve problems.
- Driven to learn and willing to go the extra mile in an environment which encourages freedom and personal responsibility
- Comfort with RPA, UiPath, Git, AppScripts, AWS, Microsoft Azure and .Net.
- BA degree with at least 2 years of experience developing software
- Telecommuting is a possibility
- Create design document and UAT plan
- Process monitoring and troubleshooting.
