About the Company
Stature Properties Private Limited operates in real estate channel partner sales, connecting prospective buyers with relevant property opportunities. The Presales Manager will help strengthen the customer engagement function and support effective coordination between presales and the wider sales team in Bangalore's real estate market.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and manage the presales team, setting clear expectations and monitoring day-to-day execution.
- Oversee lead follow-up, customer conversations, qualification and timely handoffs to channel partner sales teams.
- Use a strong understanding of Bangalore's real estate market to guide customer discussions and help the team respond accurately to market and property queries.
- Track team activity and performance, identify gaps, and take practical steps to improve consistency and conversion outcomes.
- Coordinate with sales colleagues to maintain a smooth customer journey and share relevant feedback from prospect interactions.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience in real estate presales, including team handling or team leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to guide a team, maintain operational control and communicate expectations clearly.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market and confidence discussing market conditions with prospective customers.
- Strong customer communication, follow-up discipline and coordination skills.
- Compensation for this role is ₹5.5–7 lakh per annum.
