Responsibilities
- Build connections with students across colleges and academic streams.
- Invite interested students to the official Adyapan WhatsApp community using approved communication.
- Promote relevant training programmes, internships, webinars, and career opportunities.
- Encourage participation in student activities and guide interested students through registration.
- Share approved updates, answer basic queries, coordinate with the team, and provide regular outreach updates.
- Represent the organisation responsibly while demonstrating leadership, communication, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Open to students from any college, university, or academic stream.
- No prior experience is required; enthusiasm, consistency, and willingness to learn are important.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in leadership, student engagement, and community development.
- Comfort using WhatsApp and social media platforms, and the ability to work independently from home.
This three-month remote internship offers practical exposure to outreach, community building, coordination, networking, and student engagement. Selected interns may receive an offer letter, completion certificate, and letter of recommendation subject to applicable onboarding, performance, and completion requirements. The performance-based stipend is ₹5,000–₹20,000 per month according to programme terms, with an additional ₹500 incentive for each successful registration subject to applicable conditions. Payment criteria, eligibility, and completion requirements will be communicated clearly to candidates.
