Opportunity brief
Earn Rs 1,000 for every day you spend in the field, plus a bonus for every company you sign up. You pick your own days: 4 minimum, 6 maximum.
Sprint makes software aimed at transport companies in India: jobs, PODs, customer accounts, driver advances and subcontractors in one place, on the office computer and the phone. We are a DPIIT-recognised startup. From 18 October we are meeting transport offices in Bengaluru one by one, and we want local people who can talk to them in Kannada and Hindi. We give you the training, the brochure and the T-shirt; you walk in and talk to the owner.
What you earn:
- Rs 1,000 for every field day (minimum 4 days, maximum 6)
- Rs 100 for every company that verifies with your code
- 10% of each company's first paid plan (a Rs 1,990 plan pays you Rs 199)
- Example: 6 field days, 50 companies verified, 10 of them take the Rs 1,990 plan = Rs 6,000 + Rs 5,000 + Rs 1,990 = Rs 12,990
- Paid monthly by UPI. A field day counts when that day's visit photos are uploaded the same day and accepted. A company counts when it verifies; a signup proven to be fake is penalised.
How it works:
- You choose your days: any Monday to Saturday between 19 October and 21 November 2026, when transport offices are open
- There are four areas: Yeshwanthpur / Peenya (Devaraj Urs Truck Terminal), Laggere, Nelamangala and Hosur. Visit each area at least once - that is your 4 days. Days 5 and 6 can be in any of the four.
- Go in a group of 2 or 3 interns; tell us your days and we pair you up. If you would rather go alone, you can.
- Every company counts for the intern whose code it verified with. Go alone and every company you sign up is yours.
Selection:
- The workshop on Sunday 18 October is also the final in-person interview
- Being invited to the workshop does not mean you are selected. A candidate may be rejected even after attending the workshop.
- Interns are confirmed at the end of the workshop
What we give you:
- A training workshop with the founder on Sunday 18 October, 11 am to about 3:30 pm, where you learn exactly what to say. Lunch is provided.
- The brochure to hand over, and a Sprint T-shirt to wear on your visits
- A certificate and a letter of recommendation
- A real starting point if you want a career in sales. Interns who perform well may be offered a permanent role.
Selected interns' day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Visiting transport offices in the four areas on the days you chose
- Explaining in Kannada, English, Hindi or Telugu, how the app helps an owner bill faster and track what each trip made
- Setting the app up with interested owners in about 10 minutes: sign in, verify the company with the OTP on their PAN
- Taking one photo per office visit (the signboard, with you in it) and uploading it the same day
- Filling a simple visit sheet at the end of each day, and following up by phone with owners who asked you to come back
Travel (at your own cost):
- Travel costs are NOT paid or reimbursed by the company. You pay for your own travel to the workshop and to the areas on every field day - fuel, bus, metro, auto or cab - from your own pocket.
- The Rs 1,000 per field day is your pay for the day; there is no separate travel allowance.
- It is preferable if you have your own vehicle and can travel on your own; public transport is fine too. No specific requirement.
Who can apply:
- Only those candidates can apply who:
- are 18 or older and can attend the Sunday 18 October workshop
- can do at least 4 field days (Monday to Saturday) between 19 October and 21 November 2026
- speak Kannada fluently
- live in Bengaluru and can reach the areas by 10 am (own vehicle preferred, public transport fine)
- own an Android phone or iPhone with mobile data and a camera
- are comfortable walking into an office and talking to a business owner
Perks:
