Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day human resources operations and administrative activities.
- Assist with maintaining and organizing employee records and HR documentation.
- Help coordinate recruitment-related activities, including candidate communication and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing relevant documentation and coordinating required activities.
- Assist in responding to routine employee and HR-related inquiries.
- Contribute to the preparation of HR reports, trackers, and operational updates.
- Help coordinate internal HR communications, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Support the review and organization of HR policies, procedures, and process documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling employee information and HR records.
- Research and assist with improvements to HR processes and workplace practices.
