About the Role:
We are looking for a Frontend Developer Intern to join our team remotely. As an intern, you will work on building and improving user-facing features, ensuring responsive design, and collaborating with designers and backend developers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Work with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into interactive interfaces.
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
- Contribute to project documentation and maintain clean, reusable code.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in frontend technologies.
Requirements:
- Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Familiarity with at least one frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular preferred).
- Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integration with frontend applications.
- Exposure to UI libraries (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI).
- Basic understanding of agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban).
