- Review candidate portfolios and design case studies thoroughly.

- Work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and build a strong design team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting UI/UX or product design professionals.
- Strong ability to critically evaluate UI/UX portfolios and design case studies.
- Excellent communication and candidate relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with various sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn, major job boards, and design communities.
- Capable of working autonomously and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Prior experience in hiring for design, product, or technology roles is a significant advantage.
