Responsibilities
- Call potential clients and introduce the company's website, mobile app, CRM, ERP, and business automation services.
- Understand initial client requirements and communicate relevant service benefits clearly.
- Identify interested prospects and schedule follow-up meetings for the founder or relevant team members.
- Maintain an organised lead sheet with call outcomes, prospect details, and next steps.
- Submit a simple daily call report and share progress, observations, and challenges.
- Work directly with the founder and contribute ideas for improving outreach and lead conversion.
Requirements
- Strong spoken Hindi and functional working English.
- Comfort and confidence in speaking with people over the phone.
- Access to a smartphone and laptop with a reliable internet connection.
- Sales or marketing students are preferred, though applicants from other backgrounds may also apply.
- Freshers and candidates eager to build practical sales and business-development experience are welcome.
