Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair laser marking machines at client sites.
- Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide technical support and training to clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Document service activities and prepare reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer, specifically with laser marking machines.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Laser Machines or similar industry.
