About the Company
Space Education Foundation works to make STEM learning engaging, practical, and accessible for young learners. Through activity-based education and exposure to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, the organization helps students build curiosity, problem-solving ability, and confidence. We are inviting enthusiastic freshers to begin their careers as STEM Educators across New Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Nagpur, and Chennai.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive STEM sessions, demonstrations, experiments, and hands-on activities for students.
- Explain scientific and technical concepts in a simple, age-appropriate, and engaging manner.
- Prepare lesson plans, activity materials, classroom resources, and session records.
- Encourage participation, teamwork, curiosity, and practical problem-solving during learning activities.
- Coordinate with the education team, maintain a positive classroom environment, and share learner feedback.
- Support workshops, school programs, outreach events, and other initiatives that promote STEM education.
Requirements
- Freshers with an interest in teaching, science communication, or STEM education are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and explain them clearly to school students.
- Patience, creativity, enthusiasm, and a responsible approach to working with learners.
- Willingness to work full-time from the assigned location in New Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Nagpur, or Chennai.
- No prior professional experience is required; practical training and on-the-job guidance will be provided.
Compensation: This is a paid, full-time internship offering a monthly stipend of ₹15,000. The internship duration is three months.
