Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and presentations to prospective customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and optimize sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related business development role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred.
