Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and communicate offerings clearly.
- Understand customer needs, answer questions, share accurate information, and record relevant details.
- Follow up on leads through calls and other approved communication channels.
- Maintain organized call records, update customer information, and share regular activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and support a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or a related role.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required for customer communication.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Comfort with handling regular customer conversations and meeting assigned targets.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- A professional, patient, and positive approach to customer interactions.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Bangalore, with a monthly salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹20,500.
