About the Company
SmartWinnr is looking for an energetic HR Intern to join its Hyderabad team and gain practical exposure to recruitment and broader human resources operations. This is a work-from-office opportunity suited to immediate joiners who are eager to learn, take ownership, and build a strong foundation in HR. High-performing interns may be considered for a pre-placement opportunity with an annual CTC of ₹4–5 lakh after successful completion, based on business requirements and individual performance.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Assist with HR generalist activities and maintain accurate employee and candidate records.
- Apply HR concepts in practical situations while ensuring attention to detail and timely follow-through.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and communicate professionally with candidates and employees.
- Demonstrate accountability, ownership, smart working, curiosity, and an even temperament in daily assignments.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
- Preferably pursuing or holding an MBA in Human Resource Management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, hunger to learn, and the drive to apply knowledge practically.
- High attention to detail, dependable execution, and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
- Immediate joiners only. This is a work-from-office role in Kondapur, Hyderabad, requiring availability for 5.5 days per week.
The internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹12,000–₹20,000, determined in line with the candidate's college and profile. The duration is 6 months, with PPO consideration based on performance.
