About the Company:
Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Reactive Sales / Telesales Executive to manage inbound customer enquiries, convert leads into bookings, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound enquiries from calls, website leads, and walk-ins.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads.
- Promote event packages and upsell services.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless booking execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Reactive Sales, Hotel Sales, Banquet Sales, Event Sales, Reservations, or Hospitality Sales.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Target-oriented with strong negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM systems.
- Candidates available to join at the earliest will be preferred.
