About the Company
Skovio is offering an opportunity for motivated students and recent graduates to build practical experience in modern software development. This remote internship provides exposure to real-world engineering workflows, collaborative development practices, APIs, databases, and contemporary web technologies.
Responsibilities
- Support frontend and backend application development using Java, Spring Boot, Angular or React.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and connect applications with MySQL databases.
- Assist with authentication, testing, debugging, issue analysis, and code improvements.
- Use Git and GitHub for version control, collaboration, and code review workflows.
- Work with the development team to understand requirements and deliver reliable solutions while learning industry practices.
Requirements
- Basic programming knowledge and an understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Familiarity with basic web development concepts and an interest in frontend and backend engineering.
- Awareness of Java, Spring Boot, Angular or React, MySQL, REST APIs, Git, or GitHub is helpful.
- Strong problem-solving ability, curiosity, collaboration skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Suitable for students and recent graduates with 0–1 years of experience.
This is a three-month, fully remote, unpaid internship designed to provide hands-on exposure to software development and modern engineering tools.
