Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective learners and customers through phone calls and explain SKILL3X offerings clearly.
- Understand caller requirements, answer routine questions, and maintain a helpful, professional conversation.
- Record call outcomes, update follow-up information, and coordinate with the internal team when additional support is needed.
- Follow up with interested prospects consistently and work toward agreed engagement goals.
- Share feedback from conversations to help improve outreach and communication processes.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Comfort with making outbound calls from a remote setup.
- Basic digital literacy and the ability to maintain accurate call records.
- A positive, reliable, and self-motivated approach to work.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant communication or telecalling exposure may apply.
