This remote internship will give motivated students the chance to gain hands-on exposure to campaign planning, digital outreach, audience engagement, and performance tracking while working with a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing and awareness campaigns across relevant digital channels.
- Coordinate campaign calendars, content requirements, publishing timelines, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance using engagement, reach, conversion, and other relevant metrics.
- Assist with audience research, competitor observation, campaign reporting, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain organized records of campaign activities, communications, and outcomes.
- Work proactively with the team to test ideas and improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a college course or recently enrolled student from Kerala.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Malayalam is required.
- Interest in marketing, digital campaigns, social media, outreach, or community building.
- Ability to work remotely, manage deadlines, and collaborate reliably with team members.
- Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, online research, and digital communication platforms is helpful.
- No prior professional experience is mandatory; curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn are valued.
This is a six-month, paid, remote internship offering a monthly stipend of ₹20,000. The intern will receive practical exposure to campaign management and the opportunity to build meaningful experience through real project work.
