About the Company

Sinofled is a Shopify development and D2C growth agency helping consumer brands build stronger online businesses. The team works across Shopify storefront development, conversion optimization, Meta and Google Ads, lifecycle marketing, and data-led growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and prioritize prospective D2C clients through calls, email, LinkedIn, social media, and inbound channels.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs, budgets, objectives, and buying readiness.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline records using CRM platforms, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Follow up consistently, qualify opportunities, and help move prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Support proposals, presentations, reporting, market research, competitor analysis, and coordination with sales and marketing teams.
  • Build professional relationships with prospective and existing clients while reporting on outreach, leads, conversions, and pipeline progress.

Requirements

  • Strong spoken and written English with professional spoken Hindi.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, organization, and follow-up abilities.
  • Confidence in handling calls and virtual meetings, along with an understanding of sales, customer acquisition, and lead qualification.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, research, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Relevant experience in sales, business development, e-commerce, or an agency environment is preferred.
