Overview
ENIGMA 5.0 is a National-Level Hackathon organized by CSI SIESGST in collaboration with Rotary, challenging participants to create innovative, technology-driven solutions for problems shaping our future.
Important: This is a one-day offline hackathon. No accommodation will be provided.
The PPT/Submit button will be visible only after the registration fee is paid.
Eligibility
- Open to all undergraduate students across India.
- Students from any specialization, including Engineering, Management, Design, etc., can participate.
- Inter-college and inter-specialization teams are allowed.
- Team size: 3–4 members.
- Each team must nominate one Team Leader for official communication.
Tracks
Participants can choose one track:
- FinTech
- HealthTech
- Sustainability
The selected track must be continued throughout the competition.
Competition Format
Round 1: Idea Submission – PPT Round (Online)
- Participants can choose any problem statement related to their selected track.
- Teams must submit their proposed solution in the prescribed PPT format.
- Submissions must strictly follow the given template.
- Last date for submission: 13th September.
Round 2: Prototype Development – Offline Hackathon
- The top 75 teams will be shortlisted for the offline round at SIES Graduate School of Technology, Nerul.
- Teams will develop a working prototype/MVP during a full-day continuous hackathon.
- Problem statements will be provided on the day of the hackathon and may or may not be related to the Round 1 problem statement.
- Teams must continue with the track selected in Round 1.
- Mentorship sessions will be conducted during the round.
Round 3: Final Presentation & Pitch
- The top 10 teams will present their solutions before judges and industry experts.
- Duration: 10 minutes per team, including Q&A.
- Evaluation will be based on innovation, feasibility, technical depth, and presentation.
Refund Policy
If a team is not shortlisted for the offline round, the registration amount will be refunded as follows:
- ₹350 for a 3-member team
- ₹400 for a 4-member team
General Guidelines
- Participants must adhere to the selected track throughout the competition.
- All submissions must follow the prescribed format and deadlines.
- Further instructions and problem statements for the offline round will be communicated to shortlisted teams.
