Opportunity brief

The Department of Information Technology, SGSITS, is organizing HackIndore 4.0, a 24-hour National Hackathon that brings together students from diverse academic backgrounds to design, build, and demonstrate technology-driven solutions to real-world challenges. The event provides participants with an opportunity to apply their technical knowledge, creativity, and problem-solving skills to develop practical solutions within a competitive hackathon environment.

The hackathon is designed as an intensive, hands-on building experience where participants will identify challenges, develop innovative approaches, create functional prototypes, and present their solutions within a limited timeframe. Teams will work on real-world problem statements across multiple technology domains, supported by mentors and evaluated by an expert panel of judges.

Building on the success of HackIndore 3.0, the 4th edition introduces a continuous 24-hour development experience, challenging teams to transform their ideas into working prototypes through collaboration, rapid development, and effective execution under real hackathon conditions.
