Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a recovery management role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of successful debt recovery and client negotiation.
- Strong understanding of legal guidelines related to debt collection.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and recovery management tools.
