About the Company

Responsibilities
- Call assigned leads regularly and communicate with prospects in a professional and engaging manner.
- Introduce ShopGroww and clearly explain how its product works, including relevant benefits and pricing.
- Understand customer requirements, answer questions, and address basic objections or concerns.
- Follow up with interested leads and work toward converting them into paying customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the ShopGroww team regarding lead updates, customer feedback, and sales progress.
- Work consistently toward sales and conversion targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfort with speaking to customers over phone calls.
- A self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Prior telesales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and maintain regular follow-ups.
This is a 3-month, full-time internship with performance-based earnings of ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month through commission. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time opportunity with ShopGroww.
