About the Company
ShiftsDeal is building a marketplace that makes it simpler to discover and book spaces for workshops, meetings, shoots, events and other activities. By connecting customers with existing venues, ShiftsDeal is helping improve access to infrastructure across India. As an early-stage company incubated by Physics Wallah School of Startups, the team offers interns the opportunity to work closely with the founding team and contribute to meaningful business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach potential customers, communities, businesses and venue partners.
- Support customer acquisition, outreach, follow-ups and business development initiatives.
- Help expand the venue network and build strong, lasting partner relationships.
- Assist with growth campaigns, content distribution and marketing experiments.
- Test ideas, track results, learn from outcomes and improve execution consistently.
- Communicate progress clearly while working toward measurable growth goals.
Requirements
- Applicants should be currently studying at leading institutions, including IIMs, top Delhi University colleges such as SRCC, SSCBS, LSR, Hindu College and Hansraj, or similarly strong business, commerce, economics and management programmes.
- This opportunity is intended for candidates from the specified tier-one institution group who demonstrate strong initiative and a serious interest in growth, sales, marketing, partnerships or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities are essential.
- Candidates must be comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, measurable goals and taking ownership.
- A minimum commitment of three months is required. Candidates seeking a short-term certificate or résumé addition should not apply.
- This is intended as a long-term opportunity, with the potential for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for candidates who demonstrate strong performance, ownership and sustained contribution.
- Immediate joiners are preferred. The role follows a hybrid schedule with two offline days in Delhi NCR and four work-from-home days each week.
- This is a three-month paid internship with a monthly stipend of ₹5,000–₹7,000, including performance-based considerations.
