Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technology and IT-related positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through relevant recruitment channels and professional networks.
- Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication, and ensure timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
- Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build suitable candidate pipelines.
- Support salary discussions and negotiate compensation with selected candidates in line with organizational guidelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment or technology hiring.
- Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer processes.
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and candidate negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities effectively.
- Professional judgment, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Chennai, with a monthly salary of ₹25,000.
