About the Company
Shag Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to support business growth and strengthen client relationships in Jaipur. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's sales pipeline while developing practical expertise in customer engagement, lead conversion, and market outreach.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients through research, networking, outbound communication, and other business development activities.
- Communicate with prospects clearly in English, understand their requirements, and explain relevant products or services.
- Follow up consistently with leads, maintain accurate records, and move qualified opportunities through the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support proposals, demonstrations, negotiations, and smooth client onboarding.
- Meet assigned activity and business development targets while sharing market feedback with the team.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, telecalling, or client-facing work.
- Good spoken and written English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, organised, target-oriented, and comfortable engaging with new customers.
- Ability to work from the Jaipur office on a full-time basis.
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000, based on suitability and experience.
