Responsibilities

  • Record daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
  • Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase vouchers, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payment after verification.
  • Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain Accounts Receivable records.
  • Reconcile bank statements, cash books, and ledger accounts regularly.
  • Maintain petty cash and prepare petty cash reports.
  • Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Maintain customer and supplier account ledgers.
  • Verify purchase bills and coordinate with the Purchase department for discrepancies.
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursement claims.
  • Maintain fixed asset records and supporting documents.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.
  • Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documents and reports.
  • Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.
  • Follow company financial policies and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Account Executive to support our Finance and Accounts department. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of financial transactions and statutory compliance. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the finance domain of a dynamic manufacturing company.
