Interns will work in a collaborative remote setting with opportunities to learn from real product and engineering challenges.
Responsibilities
- Assist with designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software features for education and AI-focused products.
- Translate requirements into reliable, readable code and contribute to technical discussions.
- Debug issues, write tests, review implementation approaches, and document development work.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering stakeholders using remote communication tools.
- Stay curious about emerging software practices and apply feedback to improve solutions.
Requirements
- Applicants from any experience level are welcome, with a genuine interest in software development.
- Understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, APIs, and version-control concepts is helpful.
- Strong problem-solving ability, willingness to learn, and clear written communication.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment.
This is a four-month, unpaid, full-time remote internship with sciFi in the EdTech and AI industry. The opportunity is intended for candidates who want practical exposure to software development and the chance to contribute to technology serving learners.
