Responsibilities
- Identify operational challenges proactively and coordinate seamlessly across cross-functional teams including instructors, product, and leadership.
- Own end-to-end stakeholder management, operational planning, tracking, task execution, and program standardisation.
- Drive data-backed decision-making, process automation, and maintain performance benchmarks across key workstreams.
- Lead and mentor team associates to cultivate operational rigor, continuous improvement, and student success.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in program management, operations, or related domains (ed-tech/higher education preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high proficiency in data tools.
- Outstanding stakeholder management, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Action-oriented mindset with high ownership in fast-paced operational environments.
