Round 1: Registration

  • Register through Unstop.
  • Complete your profile and submit the registration form before the deadline.

Round 2: Idea Submission

Submit the following:

  • Project Title.
  • Problem Statement.
  • Proposed Solution.
  • Technology Stack.
  • Expected Outcome.
  • PPT Presentation (Optional but Recommended).

Round 3: Final Evaluation

Projects will be evaluated based on:

  • Innovation.
  • Creativity.
  • Technical Implementation.
  • Practical Feasibility.
  • User Experience & Design.
  • Presentation Quality.

Evaluation Criteria

  • Innovation & Creativity – 25%.
  • Technical Implementation – 25%.
  • Problem Solving Approach – 20%.
  • User Experience & Design – 20%.
  • Presentation & Documentation – 10%.

  • Multiple submissions are allowed only if they are different projects.
  • Late submissions will not be accepted.
  • Participants must own or have permission to use all project assets.
  • The organizing committee may verify project originality.
  • Shortlisted teams may be invited for an online project presentation.
  • The decision of the judges and organizers will be final and binding.
