About the Company
Safal Teachers Traning Institute is hiring an Admission Counsellor for its Borivali operations. The institute supports learners in selecting suitable teacher-training programmes and is focused on delivering a clear, responsive, and professional enrollment experience.
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective students and explain relevant courses, fees, schedules, and learning opportunities.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions through consultative counseling and timely follow-ups.
- Support prospective students through phone, WhatsApp, and email while addressing questions with accuracy and empathy.
- Manage the complete enrollment journey from first contact through admission confirmation.
- Maintain accurate lead records, interaction notes, and follow-up schedules in the database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets while maintaining a high standard of candidate service.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, educational counseling, inside sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with confident presentation and persuasion skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and the capacity to establish trust with prospective students.
- Good task management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple follow-ups and work under deadline pressure.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday for 9 hours per day.
Industry: Education and Training. Experience: 2–3 years. Compensation: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month.
