We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Source, attract, and recruit top talent for various positions across the organization.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation and benefits packages with candidates.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and implement HR initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
