About the Event:

A two-day student pitching and entrepreneurship competition organized by the Entrepreneurship Cell, SIES GST, in collaboration with E-Cell, IIT Bombay
Serves as a Zonal Selection Round for Eureka!, IIT Bombay's national-level entrepreneurship competition
Designed to help students transform their academic projects and innovative ideas into real-world products and ventures
Participants get the opportunity to showcase and pitch their projects before experienced judges, entrepreneurs, and investors
Focuses on innovation, problem-solving, market potential, feasibility, scalability, and entrepreneurial thinking
Open to internal and external participants from colleges and institutions

Event Details:

Format: Two-day pitching competition & project exhibition
Date: 21st & 22nd August 2026
Venue: SIES Graduate School of Technology, Nerul
Participation: Open to students and project teams from various colleges
Collaboration: E-Cell, IIT Bombay
Objective: Transform promising academic projects into market-ready products and entrepreneurial ventures

Inauguration Ceremony: Official opening of PitchCraft × Eureka 2026
Project Exhibition: Teams showcase their projects, prototypes, and solutions to judges, mentors, investors, and fellow participants
Project Evaluation: Teams are evaluated on innovation, problem statement, feasibility, market potential, scalability, and impact
Interaction & Feedback: Participants interact with judges and mentors and receive valuable insights to improve their projects
Shortlisting: Promising teams are shortlisted for the final on-stage pitching round

Speaker Session: An engaging session with an entrepreneur/industry expert focusing on entrepreneurship, innovation, building products, and taking ideas to market
Final On-Stage Pitching: Shortlisted teams present their projects and business ideas before a panel of judges
Cross-Questioning: Teams answer questions on their problem statement, solution, business model, target market, competition, feasibility, and scalability
Eureka! Zonal Selection: Top-performing teams get the opportunity to advance through the Eureka! IIT Bombay Zonal Selection Round
Closing Ceremony: Winners and outstanding teams are recognized and celebrated
