Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates with a minimum of 2 years' experience in international, Gulf, and blue-collar hiring.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, ensuring a strong fit for client requirements.
- Utilize effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant hiring regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and clients in Hindi.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international hiring, Gulf hiring, and blue-collar hiring.
- Proficiency in Hindi is essential for effective communication with candidates and clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
