About the Company:
Roots Realty Infra is seeking an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Handle and follow up with prospective clients. - Generate and manage real estate sales leads. - Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties. - Conduct and coordinate property/site visits. - Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients. - Negotiate and assist in closing deals. - Achieve monthly sales targets. - Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead details in CRM. - Build strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- 8 months – 1.5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales. - Good communication and convincing skills. - Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities. - Target-oriented and self-motivated. - Knowledge of Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR real estate market is preferred. - Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
