Responsibilities
- Own the complete end-to-end strategy, setup, and day-to-day execution of paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly growth metrics utilizing GA4 and implement continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Manage monthly ad spend efficiently to scale user acquisition, maximize ROAS, and optimize conversion funnels.
- Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement across digital touchpoints.
Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in paid channel execution and performance marketing.
- In-depth expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of reducing CAC and driving data-driven growth.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and campaign management capabilities.
