AI Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test cases for AI applications and features.
• Identify, reproduce, and document bugs and inconsistencies clearly.
• Test application workflows across different scenarios and edge cases.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and overall quality.
• Work closely with developers to communicate issues and support improvements to application quality.
• Maintain clear documentation of test results, identified issues, and observations.
• Evaluate AI-powered applications, features, and workflows for quality, accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Perform manual testing of AI applications, including edge cases and unusual inputs.
• Analyse AI-generated outputs and identify logical, functional, data, or system-level issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
• Good problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Basic understanding of software testing and quality assurance concepts.
• Interest or familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and AI-powered applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Fresh graduates from the 2025/2026 batches with relevant technical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
