Opportunity brief
Responsibilities:
- 12-month minimum commitment with potential PPO after 12 months based on performance.
- Work from the office only; candidate should live/stay close to the office.
- Independently build SaaS/web applications with minimal senior-engineer support.
- Work across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, integrations, and deployment as required.
- Independently host, deploy, test, debug, and maintain applications.
- Take ownership of tasks from requirement → development → production.
- Be proactive in researching and solving problems instead of waiting for instructions.
- Be responsible for bugs, deadlines, production issues, and deliverables.
- Willing to stretch when required and take full ownership of work.
Stipend:
- Month 1: Unpaid evaluation/training period.
- From Month 2: ₹5,000/month stipend, subject to performance and continuation.
Ideal candidate: Self-driven, technically curious, accountable, and capable of becoming an independent builder within 12 months.
