About Resumefolio
Resumefolio(https://getresumefolio.com/) is a career-focused platform helping students and professionals create better resumes and improve their job search.
We are looking for a creative Content Creator who can take ownership of our Instagram content and help us grow the page organically.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands Instagram Reels, is comfortable speaking on camera, knows how to edit videos, and enjoys creating content around careers, jobs, resumes, interviews and professional growth.
What You Will Do
- Create and publish 3–4 Instagram Reels every week
- Appear on camera and speak in fluent, clear English
- Research trending Instagram/Reels formats and career-related topics
- Come up with engaging content ideas and hooks
- Write short, engaging Reel scripts
- Film yourself and create the required footage
- Edit Reels with captions, text overlays, music, transitions and other elements
- Create educational, relatable and entertaining career content
- Create content around resumes, job searching, interviews, LinkedIn, internships and career growth
- Most Reels should address real career problems and provide a useful takeaway
- Resumefolio can be naturally integrated when relevant, but the content should not feel overly promotional
- Monitor Instagram analytics and understand what content performs well
- Experiment with different hooks, topics and Reel formats
- Study competitor pages and successful career creators for content inspiration
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule
- Share a simple weekly update on content performance and learnings

The content should not be limited to generic motivational posts.

The goal is to create content that people want to watch, share and save, not simply promotional content.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable appearing on camera with face visible
- Fluent, clear spoken English is mandatory
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels
- Must know video editing (CapCut or similar)
- Must have a smartphone with a decent front camera and a suitable setup for recording
- Good sense of trends, hooks and storytelling
- Creative and willing to experiment
- Ability to independently research content ideas
- Consistent and reliable
- Interest in careers, jobs, recruitment or professional development is a plus
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who can say:
"Give me the Resumefolio Instagram page and let me figure out how to make people watch it."
You should be comfortable taking an idea, turning it into a script, filming yourself, editing it into a Reel and learning from the performance.
We value initiative and experimentation. You are not expected to simply wait for topics or scripts from us.
What You Will Get
- ₹5,000/month stipend
- Performance bonus per Reel based on views achieved within 30 days:
- ₹500 for 25,000+ views
- ₹1,000 for 50,000+ views
- ₹2,000 for 100,000+ views

Important
This is a face-visible, Reels-first role.
You should be comfortable appearing on camera, speaking in English, and creating a minimum of 3–4 Reels every week.
You will take ownership of the complete content creation process from idea → script → filming → editing → publishing → analysing performance.
