About RenterFinder
RenterFinder is India's first rental-only platform, live in Bangalore. Renters post what they need, landlords browse the Renters' List and reach out to people who fit, and every chat is AI and human-moderated. No brokers. We're a small, founder-led team, and you'll work directly with the founder.
The role (remote, 3 months, 2 hours a day)
This internship is mainly for college students. It is a real sales internship, not a sit-around one.
- Call property owners and renters every day: pitch, follow up, and set up flat visits
- Hit a daily call number, and log every call and its outcome
- Review your call recordings with the founder and apply the feedback
- Help close RenterFinder's first deals
Time commitment
2 hours every day at a fixed time you choose: any 2-hour block that ends by 8 PM IST. You keep that slot every day.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken English and Hindi. Kannada is a big plus
- Mainly for college students (any year, any course)
- A quiet place to call from, a phone or laptop, and stable internet
Terms
Stipend of ₹1,000 a month for 3 months. A certificate and a letter of recommendation when you complete it. If it goes well, it can turn into something more.
How to apply (voice note required)
Record a 60-second voice note: who you are, why sales, and a short pitch of RenterFinder to a landlord, in your own words. Upload it to Google Drive (anyone with the link can view) and paste the link in the application form. No voice note, no interview.
The interview is a short chat plus a few live sales calls.
