REnergo Developers Private Limited is hiring for the role of Procurement Intern!
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Assist in sourcing suppliers for solar components such as modules, inverters, cables, structures, and Balance of System items.
- Support in collecting vendor quotations and preparing comparison sheets.
- Coordinate with vendors for material availability, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Vendor Management
- Maintain vendor database including pricing, performance, and service quality.
- Evaluate vendor profiles and assist in vendor onboarding documentation.
- Purchase Operations
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders (WOs), and maintain procurement records.
- Support in tracking material dispatch, transit status, and delivery confirmation.
- Support in factory inspection.
- Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with design and project teams to understand material requirements.
- Update internal procurement trackers and maintain documentation.
Requirements:
- B.Tech (any specialization) / MBA in Operations or Supply Chain Management
- Basic understanding of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain concepts
- Knowledge of solar industry materials (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Good MS Excel skills
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interest in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain
- Good organizational and documentation abilities
