GenAI Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a GenAI Developer with 0–2 years of experience who is excited about building and experimenting with AI-powered applications across different areas of Generative AI.

You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to research, build, integrate, test, and improve AI solutions using modern AI models, APIs, frameworks, and tools.

The role provides exposure to multiple areas of AI, including LLM applications, AI agents, Voice AI, Computer Vision, Prompt Engineering, NLP, Multimodal AI, and AI automation.

Responsibilities:

• Build and integrate AI-powered applications and features using modern AI models and APIs.
• Work with technologies across different GenAI domains based on product requirements.
• Develop applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI models.
• Build and experiment with AI agents and autonomous/multi-step workflows.
• Work on Voice AI, including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, conversational AI, and voice agents.
• Explore and implement Computer Vision solutions for image and video-based use cases.
• Design and optimize prompts, system instructions, structured outputs, and tool/function calling.
• Work with NLP, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge-based AI systems where required.
• Experiment with different AI models, APIs, frameworks, and architectures.
• Integrate AI capabilities with backend services, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
• Evaluate AI systems for accuracy, relevance, latency, reliability, and cost.
• Debug AI applications and analyze model outputs to identify and resolve issues.
• Build prototypes and convert successful experiments into reliable production features.
• Stay updated with developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, Voice AI, Computer Vision, and multimodal AI.

Required Skills:

• Strong programming fundamentals in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Familiarity with APIs and REST services.
• Understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Basic understanding of how AI models are integrated into applications.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and frameworks quickly.
• Strong interest in experimenting with different AI tools and models.

Good to Have:

• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or open-source AI models.
• Experience with AI Agents, Voice Agents, Conversational AI, or AI automation.
• Exposure to Computer Vision, NLP, Speech AI, or Multimodal AI.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, or RAG.
• Knowledge of FastAPI, Node.js, React, or similar technologies.
• Basic understanding of Docker and AWS/cloud platforms.
• Experience building AI chatbots, voice applications, AI agents, computer vision applications, or other AI projects.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong AI/GenAI projects and practical experience are encouraged to apply.
