Responsibilities
- Map current fleet, logistics or warehousing workflows and identify where time is lost to manual work.
- Automate recurring MIS/report currently compiled by hand (e.g. fleet utilisation, route compliance).
- Build a dashboard giving management real-time visibility into a key operational metric.
- Identify paper-based process (e.g. driver logs, warehouse inward/outward records) and pilot a digital replacement.
- Propose and implement one integration that reduces duplicate data entry between systems.
- Track and report the measurable impact of each change (hours saved, error rate, turnaround time).
Requirements
We are looking for problem solvers, not task executors. Candidates should be able to identify inefficiencies, analyze root causes, design practical solutions, implement them, and measure their impact in terms of time saved, cost reduced, or quality/accuracy improved. The ideal candidate will have an M.Tech / M.E. in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field. Preferred skills include Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python, process mapping, and familiarity with GPS/fleet-tech.
