Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and financial regulations.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records.
- Support and coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Prepare financial reports and statements as required by management.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is a plus.
