About the Company
R.A.T. Films is looking for an enthusiastic Editing Intern to support its creative work in Mumbai. This opportunity is designed for candidates who are interested in visual storytelling and want practical exposure to the editing process in a film and media environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the creative team with organizing, reviewing, and preparing video footage for editing.
- Support basic cuts, sequencing, transitions, audio alignment, subtitles, and export preparation under guidance.
- Help maintain clear file structures, project folders, and version records for ongoing assignments.
- Review edits carefully and incorporate feedback while meeting agreed timelines.
- Contribute ideas that improve pacing, clarity, and overall presentation of content.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of editing softwares like After Effects, DaVinci Resolve & Adobe Premier Pro is required.
- Applicants should have a genuine interest in video editing, films, and digital content.
- Good attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively are important.
- No prior professional experience is required, but candidates should be ready to learn through hands-on assignments.
- The internship is full-time and in-office in Mumbai for a duration of 3 months.
