Qurovo is looking for a highly driven individual to work closely with the founder on business strategy, partnerships and growth initiatives in the healthcare sector.
This is an opportunity to work on real business problems in an early-stage startup — from understanding a market and developing a strategy to taking ideas into execution.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyse healthcare markets, organisations, competitors and emerging opportunities.
- Identify and evaluate potential business and partnership opportunities.
- Develop structured strategies, recommendations and business plans.
- Work closely with the founder on strategic initiatives and new business opportunities.
- Create high-quality presentations, proposals and business communication material.
- Support business conversations and interactions with external stakeholders.
- Translate research and insights into actionable initiatives.
- Help plan and execute strategic initiatives and track their outcomes.
- Continuously gather market insights and use them to improve strategies and execution.
- Take ownership of projects from research and strategy through execution.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent research, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop a clear point of view.
- Commercial awareness and interest in understanding how businesses grow.
- Comfortable working independently with limited direction.
- Strong ownership, initiative and ability to execute.
- Confidence communicating with professionals and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable using AI tools and modern research tools for analysis and productivity.
- MBA/PGDM candidates, particularly from Marketing, Strategy, Business, Entrepreneurship or related backgrounds, are preferred.
- Prior experience in consulting, strategy, entrepreneurship, business research, partnerships or a startup is a plus.
