Responsibilities:

  • Identify doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, hospitals, and other healthcare partners across the Delhi-NCR market.
  • Make outbound calls, explain Qurovo's patient acquisition proposition, and communicate confidently with healthcare professionals.
  • Build partner relationships, schedule meetings, support onboarding, and generate surgery-related patient enquiries.
  • Follow up with partners and leads, maintain daily activity and lead records, and identify new patient and partnership sources.
  • Work directly with the founder and team on growth experiments, lead quality, partnerships, and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Open to MBA or postgraduate students, particularly those studying Healthcare Management, Marketing, or Sales.
  • Hospital Management students and Pharmacy or allied healthcare students with a genuine interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in hospital, diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales is valuable, as is demonstrated cold-calling or business-development experience.
  • Comfort with field work, outbound calling, targets, relationship building, follow-up, and handling rejection.
  • Strong communication, ownership, persuasion, and execution skills matter more than a specific degree when accompanied by genuine sales ability.
  • This is a paid, full-time hybrid internship involving remote coordination and field engagement in Delhi.
  • The compensation is ₹5,000 fixed monthly stipend plus up to ₹10,000 performance incentive, earned based on measurable outcomes such as qualified healthcare partnerships, active referral partners, qualified patient leads, patient conversions, and business generated.
  • The incentive is explicitly performance-based, while the role offers uncapped learning and real sales responsibility.
  • Interns gain direct exposure to doctors, hospitals, healthcare businesses, and startup growth, with potential for a longer-term opportunity based on performance.
