QuizCred presents CodeArena 2026, an online coding competition designed to challenge students on their programming, problem-solving, logical thinking, and DSA skills.
Whether you are a beginner taking your first steps into competitive programming or an experienced coder, CodeArena gives you an opportunity to test your skills, compete with students across India, and showcase your coding ability.
Eligibility
- Open to students pursuing B.Tech/B.E., BCA, B.Sc., MCA, Diploma, and other technical/CS-related programs.
- Students from 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th year can participate.
- Open to students from colleges/universities across India.
- Participants can compete individually.
- There is no restriction on the programming language used, subject to the languages supported by the coding platform.
Competition Format
Round 1 – Online Qualifier
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Participants will solve a set of programming and logical-thinking questions.
- Questions will cover topics such as:
- Programming Fundamentals
- Arrays & Strings
- Searching & Sorting
- Basic Data Structures
- Algorithms
- Logical Problem Solving
- Participants will be ranked based on score and submission time.
- Top-performing participants will qualify for the final round.
Round 2 – Final Coding Challenge
- Duration: 90 minutes
- Participants will solve multiple coding problems of varying difficulty.
- Problems will include Easy, Medium and Hard-level challenges.
- Final rankings will be determined based on test cases passed, score and time taken.
Rules
- Each participant must register using their own details.
- Participants must compete individually unless otherwise specified.
- Participants must use their own solutions.
- Copying code or submitting plagiarized solutions is strictly prohibited.
- Any form of unfair practice, impersonation or collaboration during the competition may result in disqualification.
- Participants must submit their solutions before the respective round's deadline.
- In case of identical scores, submission time and other tie-breaking criteria may be considered.
- Organizers reserve the right to review suspicious submissions.
- The decision of the organizing committee regarding rankings and disqualification will be final.
- Participants are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a compatible device.
- Participants must follow all instructions communicated by QuizCred before and during the competition.
Supported Languages
Participants may code using supported programming languages such as:
C | C++ | Java | Python | JavaScript
The final list of supported languages will depend on the coding platform used for the competition.
Results & Recognition
Top performers will receive:
- Winner Certificate & Prize
- Runner-Up Certificate & Prize
- Second Runner-Up Certificate & Prize
- Special Recognition for selected top performers
- Participation Certificate for eligible participants
The final leaderboard and result announcement will be communicated by QuizCred after completion of the competition.
Important Note
Participants are requested to carefully read all instructions before starting each round. Once a round begins, participants must complete and submit their solutions within the specified time.
