About the Role:
- We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join us as IT Recruitment Interns.
- This role will primarily focus on sourcing and identifying top talent for Product and Technology positions using various platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and other hiring tools.
- Understand job requirements for Product Management, Engineering, and Design roles.
- Engage and build rapport with potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and ensure smooth coordination.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to learn end-to-end hiring processes.
- Stay updated with latest trends in tech and product hiring.
What We're Looking For
- Strong interest in Technology / Product hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High ownership and accountability.
- Hunger to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Prior exposure to recruitment, sourcing, or HR tools (preferred but not mandatory).

Eligibility:
