Q Technologies Private Limited is engaged in laptop manufacturing, sales, and service, with a focus on delivering innovative technology solutions. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior PCB Designer to join our R&D – Hardware Engineering team in Bangalore.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior PCB Designer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in PCB design and layout. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of schematic design, PCB layout, high-speed design principles, and board-level hardware development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop PCB layouts for electronic hardware products.
- Work on schematic capture, component placement, routing, and PCB stack-up design.
- Perform high-speed PCB routing and signal integrity considerations.
- Generate Gerber files, BOM, fabrication, and assembly drawings.
- Ensure PCB designs meet DFM, DFT, EMC, and EMI requirements.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers, R&D teams, and manufacturing teams.
- Review PCB designs and resolve layout-related technical issues.
- Support prototype development, testing, debugging, and design validation.
- Optimize PCB layouts for performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturing teams for PCB fabrication and assembly.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience in PCB design and layout.
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence tools.
- Knowledge of schematic capture and PCB routing.
- Understanding of multilayer PCB design and stack-up planning.
- Knowledge of high-speed digital design and signal integrity.
- Familiarity with DFM, DFT, EMI/EMC design guidelines.
- Experience in generating Gerber, BOM, and fabrication outputs.
- Understanding of electronic components and hardware development.
Experience Required
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in PCB design and layout.
- Experience in motherboard, laptop hardware, embedded systems, or electronic product development will be an added advantage.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or a relevant discipline.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an R&D team.
